As the editor in chief of GEN, right now my immediate anxiety is getting my wifi back up —there are widespread outages in my Brooklyn neighborhood. Assuming this is wind-related and not a pre-election attack on our infrastructure (jk, kind of) and my service returns soon, my anxiety will return to where it was this morning and for weeks now: deep concern over how our powder keg of a country would react to an extended period of uncertainty over the election results. Repeat after me, slowly and with yogic calm: Serenity now. Serenity now. Serenity now.
